Oh the sweetest little captures of this little one! The studio was full of newborns jsut prior to Christmas and oh what fun we had styling some Christmas themed newborn photo shoots.

Our approach at the studio is to custom style each portrait session. We plan to your aesthetic but always throw a splash of seasonal fun in too! Our extensive prop collection has been carefully and purposely procured over the past 16 years, so we are fully stocked and ready to style the photo shoot of your dreams.

When’s the best time to schedule your newborn portrait session?

At the beginning of your 2nd trimester. This allows premium scheduling options as we limit the number of newborns we schedule each week to ensure space on our calendar for our booked clients.

We do always try our very best to work in newborns into our calendar whenever possible. We aim to photograph baby’s newborn portrait session within baby’s first week, if at all possible. So, the sooner you reserve a spot on our calendar, the better. However, if you are further along in your pregnancy or baby has already arrived, contact us. We promise to work as many into our schedule as time allows. We know the importance of this moment and hope to capture these treasured memories for you and your family.

The summer prior to your senior year is the ideal time for senior portraits. Here’s a few reasons why this summer is the perfect time for your senior photo shoot.

1) Your senior year is BUSY! you will find yourself pulled in many directions during your senior year. Whether it’s college applications, scholarship submissions, sports schedules, extra-curricular activities, part-time jobs, clubs, trips, etc… your senior year will be your busiest ever! Scheduling your senior portrati session tis summer will be a move you won’t regret.

2) Deadlines - Your senior year will be full of deadlines from ordering your cap and gown to registrations and more, but one of the most important deadlines as a senior is your YEARBOOK deadline. Every high school has a different submission deadline - but many come very early in your senior year. Capturing your senior portraits over the summer takes the stress away from your yearbook deadline submission as you will have your images ready to be featured!

3) Stress- Some find the pull of theier senior year a bit stressful. There is so much to do and so little time to accomplish it all. Completing your senior portraits before the school year begins allows you to begin your last chapter of high school with a fresh breath of air.
