This little fellow is the sweetest baby. He bundled up and went night-night for us, and stayed that way ….as long as we kept him bundled. He didn’t love being without a swaddle, and sometime babies don’t and that is perfectly okay.
In our studio, babies are the boss. We learned a long time ago to prepare for newbron portrait sessions and all the possibilities that could occur. Sometimes babies like to be swaddled throughout the session and we let the baby lead … keeping him comfy and happy while capturing beautiful newborn portraits, that is what we do.

Our senior portrait experience is like no other…we custom style each session unique to our seniors. Our goal is to reflect her style, personality, hobbies, and all the things that make her the amazing individual she is, so that her natural beauty shines through each and every image.
We have a few hair and makeup stylists available to pamper you prior to your session. We encourage you to take advantage of this, as it is a phenomenal part of the experience and is so exciting too!
We work hand-in-hand styling your session with your favorite wardrobe pieces. And locations - they are hand picked for each client. This baby girl visited the studio for her 4 month milestone photo shoot. We are always giddy to see our little baby portrait planners return to the studio and to see how they have grown!
Wide awake and completely calm and alert is ho she arrived, she shared plenty of smiles with us, which we will share soon, but I love this little baby gaze. The baby gaze is actually a look I always try to capture. It's signature to the first months of baby's development and defines the beginning of their stage of curiosity where they are visualizing things with curiosity. The end result is a sweet, precious capture I like to call the baby gaze.

She is like a ray of sunshine! I have had the honor of photographing this sweet girl for many years now. I love when clients return year after year, it helps children build a level of comfort with the photographer and that makes all the difference.
During this photo shoot, this sweet girl and I giggled more than anything because she was comfortable with me. She knows me and I know her ... I know how to get the expressions I am looking for because I know what makes her giggle. :)
If there is one thing I could suggest for family photography or child photography, it is to work with the same photographer, it really builds the comfort level during photo shoots for children and family members.

6 month milestone sessions are one of the most fun of the entire first year! At six months, baby's personality is developing and smiles are shared. Baby can sit independently and we capture so many fun facial expressions. Along with him blooming personality, his curiosity is also developing, so capturing his awe at the little things in life is always priceless.
This sweet baby's daddy is a farmer and we wanted to incorporate some country style into his 6 month photo shoot. For our first look of the portrait session, Mom brought along his radio flyer red wagon, little cowboy boots and hat, and blue jean overalls, which paired perfectly with my wood wall and bandana banner. I love when we have the opportunity to highlight high school seniors. The senior year is a special season of life, one to be treasured with wonderful memories. We always strive to make each portrait session special, focusing on the unique personality and style of each senior. We worked through 5 wardrobe changes and captured a variety of backgrounds, but this dress and this portrait is one of her very favorites.
