It’s been a hot minute since we have stopped by the blog to share! Things have been so busy this past year and a half, many may not know our little secret, but - we opened another small business in 2021.

We love both businesses so much and feel so fulfilled pursing both directions, but juggling the two businesses has unfortunately left little time for extras like blogs and social media. Most days are spent behind the camera, on photo shoots of newborns, babies, families, teens, high school seniors, college grads, corporate events, branding photography and professional headshots. Between portrait sessions, editing and meeting with clients for ordering sessions and art and album designs is where most of our time is spent.

But I am going to try to do better - I promise- and post more often …because I have SOOOOOOO much to share. Today I wanted to hop on and share a special photo shoot of a high school senior from a few years back that returned to capture her college graduation portraits recently.

Then - a high school senior photo shoot …

and now a college graduate photo shoot …

As we walked around the campus of UNCG during the photo shoot, we chatted about the past few years of her college life. Sadly, like so many college students, the pandemic has changed things. Most of her college experience has been virtual, but she wasn’t alone - meet her little friend.

The pandemic has brought furbabies into the lives of many and they have proved to be the best companions. So many of my high school and college grads are bringing their dogs to the photo shoots lately and it’s because they are such a big part of their lives. How precious!

I’m so proud of this young lady and can’t wait to see what the future holds for this talented college grad. What a blessing to capture these special season of life for her and her family.
